Our Christmas Open Day
Thank you so much to everyone who came to join their child at Nursery today. I know the children really enjoyed showing you all of our Christmas activities.
Welcome to a new year in Nursery
We have had a fabulous first few weeks back at Nursery and all the new children have done a brilliant job at settling in. We have had lots of fun playing and working with our new friends.
Here are some pictures of us being very busy!
Look where we went today
Today Nursery went on their trip to Normanby Park. We had an amazing day out with our friends and our grown ups and the sun shone all day. We went to the play parks, the splash pad, the house, the woods, the farming museum, the walled garden, played games with our friends and had yummy picnics. We were all so tired at the end of our day!
Thank you to all the grown ups who came with us because we couldn't have gone without you.
Look who came to visit us today!
We have been talking about Doctors and Nurses and how they help us. Jackson's Mummy drives an ambulance and she asked Sarah and Gordon who work with her to help her to come and show us the ambulance. We had a great time and learnt all sorts of things. Some of us had a go on the stretcher which moved up and down but we had to be careful and make sure we were strapped in. We talked about all sorts of equipment like stethoscopes, bandages, syringes and foil blankets. We had a look in the ambulance and tried on helmets that would protect our head if we need it. Some of us even got to sit in the drivers seat and put on the sirens. We really enjoyed looking at the ambulance and said a great big thankyou to Jackson's Mummy, Sarah and Gordon for coming.
